founder asks first.

Is there an equity take? +
Yes — 369x takes a 5–8% equity stake in exchange for the programme, Vic access, UAE incorporation, and the capital rail. AINative Capital's investment (at Fluenta Day) is separate and on market terms. There are no hidden fees.
Do I need to move to the UAE? +
You need to incorporate a UAE entity and be present for the first two weeks of onboarding and for Fluenta Day. The rest of the programme can run remotely, though being in Dubai accelerates network effects significantly. Visa and residency support is included.
What stage do you accept? +
Idea through early traction. The most common entry point is post-MVP with some initial user signal. Pre-product founders are accepted if the team and market timing are exceptional. Series A+ companies are not a fit — those go direct to AINative Capital.
What does Vic actually do day-to-day? +
Vic runs a weekly automated scan: competitor monitoring, traction analytics (connected to your metrics), investor readiness scoring, and outreach draft preparation. It surfaces alerts when something changes — a competitor raises, a metric dips, an LP in the network is looking at your sector. Think of it as a senior analyst who never goes home.
Is there a Demo Day? +
No traditional Demo Day. Instead, Fluenta scores every project across metrics (traction, team, market timing, code velocity) and matches founders to aligned investors automatically. Meetings are pre-qualified — investors see your data before the call, not a pitch deck. This produces better outcomes faster.
Can I apply if I'm not building in English? +
Yes. The programme runs in English, but the community has active tracks in Arabic, Russian, and Hindi. Vic operates in all four. Applications in any language are welcome — Vic will translate and pre-screen.
What happens after the programme? +
Alumni stay in the community permanently and retain Vic access. AINative Capital follows your company through every round. Portfolio companies that hit Series A get introductions to sovereign LPs in the network. There's no graduation — you stay in the ecosystem.
